Overview
Cascade
Town Homes are located in the upper left side
of Cascade Complex, one of the most prestigious
residential locations in Yerevan. The area has
an elevated hillside position with stunning
views of the City and Mount Ararat. The architectural
and engineering design of the Town Homes gives
the desirable privacy preferred in a city living
environment. The structure of the units itself
has a town house style with an attached two
car garage. However, the features, such as a
sizable backyard, a unit front area with a driveway,
a fully functional basement gives the units
single family dwelling characteristics.
The construction
of the Town Homes is now underway, and is scheduled
to be completed at the end of 2008.
